The SMAT Pole system, all calculators, screeners, and methodologies on this platform are proprietary intellectual property of Kunal Patil / TrailBlazer Education. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibility

All trading and investment decisions made by users are entirely their own responsibility. TrailBlazer Education bears no liability for any financial loss arising from use of this platform.

4. Account Usage

Each account is for single user use only. Sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Trial Period

New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Contact admin for subscription details.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
